Top Tips Tuesday: Vintage pattern source

I know that, like myself, many of the sew make believe members are fans of vintage style and source vintage patterns from charity shops. But on occasion you might be looking for a particular cut, shape or era, which won’t wait for the fates of thrift to smile down on you. Where can you source the ideal pattern at such times?

While trawling through Etsy I recently discovered Vintage Style 101, a great little shop not only stocking vintage clothes, shoes and accessories, but also a HUGE selection of vintage dress patterns. And at between £1.50 and £4 per pattern, even with the average £2 p&p to the UK, they won’t exactly break the bank!
