Christmas may be a distant memory but I have finally managed to persuade Helen to share with us her sew make believe-inspired creations.
First up, here are some lovely, pretty Christmas decorations that she made.
I really love the red and white colour scheme. Here they are in pride of place on the Christmas tree.
Helen also made a quilted game mat for a card game devised and played by her family – a Christmas gift for her parents. Such a personal gift, made beautifully.
She used a zig-zag stitch in red thread for the boxes. Then she added a dark, contrasting border.
She also made some brilliant quilted coasters. I particularly like the Batman one!
